At Persephone Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached and no signs of wear.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
